Career coaching is designed to help you set, clarify, and maintain focus on your goals. Our career coaching approach includes a mix of practical tools and mindset techniques, tailored to meet your individual needs and working style. We will hold you accountable for any goals you set, and we will encourage, support, and challenge you to believe in yourself and stop holding yourself back.
This is our most customizable career coaching package, designed for any career-focused topics you choose. Whether you need support crafting a job search strategy, expert guidance navigating a current role, or something else, we will work with you to create a coaching plan that's adapted to meet your needs.
We'll meet with you in four one-on-one hour-long sessions held virtually over Zoom and provide exercises and assignments for you to complete between sessions, allowing you to get continued, consistent support.
Some of the ways we work with clients include:
Navigating career transitions into entertainment, out of the industry, or to another area of the industry
Preparing for job interviews, including building confidence, identifying anecdotes, learning interview techniques, and practicing common questions in mock interviews
Setting milestones and accountability structures for creative projects, passion projects, side hustles, fractional/consulting practices, or entrepreneurial endeavors
Developing professional communication skills, including networking, boundary setting, conflict resolution, and salary/promotion negotiation
Honing leadership and management skills, including navigating difficult conversations, establishing a leadership brand, and building trust within a team
Evaluating opportunities, including assessing job offers, identifying networking targets, and mapping strategic partnerships
Crafting a job search strategy, including identifying target companies and roles, creating a networking roadmap, and building an application schedule
New coaching clients are entitled to a FREE intake call to ensure we are a good fit.
Terms & Policies
Coaching sessions are non-refundable. If you miss a session with less than 24 hours notice, or if you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your session, with or without notice, you will forfeit that session. If you choose to reschedule, you may purchase a session a la carte at the full service rate ($185).
If you elect to enroll in the payment plan and miss any payments - before or after the program is complete - a late payment fee of $15 per day will be assessed to your card on file or invoiced to you.
Coaching is not counseling or therapy. We will be walking you through exercises and strategies to help you figure out what you want and how to get there. We are not certified therapists or licensed counselors.
