The Career Transformation Package is our most high-touch package for mid-career professionals. If you're considering new opportunities, pursuing multiple avenues to career success, or navigating a complex career transition, you need to communicate your story to a range of audiences. We'll create a resume that translates your experience for different roles and a LinkedIn profile that touches on all aspects of your personal brand. Through coaching, we'll help you maintain focus, set targets, and craft a compelling narrative for employers.

We will meet with you 1:1 on Zoom for 6 hour-long sessions to help you identify your skills, interests, and achievements, set clear targets, develop a manageable networking strategy, craft your personal pitch for outreach and meetings, refine your interview skills, improve your mindset, and maintain accountability and momentum throughout the job search process. We take a client-led approach to coaching, so we will adapt our exercises and techniques to meet your working style and focus on the things you really want to improve.
Based on your goals, we’ll craft a traditional resume that’s ready to send to your primary targets. We will conduct a 1.5 hour phone consultation to learn about your work history and goals. Both Hollywood Resumes co-founders will write your resume in tandem, ensuring your story is as clear as possible to a range of readers. We will deliver a 1-page, ATS-optimized resume in Word and PDF formats. This resume will be tailored to your primary role targets or career path, and you can use it as a model to implement the suggested notes from the master resume document.
Alongside your primary resume, we'll create a master resume with your full work history. This service will be completed in tandem with the standard resume and LinkedIn profile writing services, and both writers will prepare the document. We will deliver a Word document that includes each of your roles with alternate descriptions of every responsibility, adapted for the different roles you’re targeting. The document will include helpful annotations with guidance for swapping, rephrasing, and reordering text so you can minimize the time you spend tailoring your resume for different roles, break through ATS filters, and stand out to human hiring managers.
We will create a LinkedIn profile that communicates your story in a way that will resonate with multiple audiences. This service will be completed in tandem with the resume writing service, and both writers will prepare your profile document. We will deliver a Word document with copy for each section of your profile and suggestions for platform best practices.
SCHEDULING / COACHING
We’ll reach out to schedule your first coaching session and send a Zoom link for our first session. During or after the session, your coach will work with you to figure out the right timeline for the remaining sessions and the completion of the resume, master resume, and LinkedIn profile services. Coaching sessions may be scheduled at a recurring time or on an ad hoc basis.
CONSULTATION
You'll send us a copy of your most recent resume and LinkedIn profile and several job postings for the master resume. We'll set a call (1.5 hours) to go over your work history and career goals in great detail.
WRITING
The resume writer from your call (your coach) will write the first draft of your resume, master resume, and LinkedIn profile and send them to the other writer to review for clarity, bias, and errors. We’ll go back and forth internally before sending the materials to you.
DELIVERY
We will deliver your resume in an editable Word format and a ready-to-send PDF, your master resume in Word format with multiple sections for each experience entry and annotations in the comments, and your LinkedIn profile in Word format, including content for each section that you can copy/paste in your profile and suggestions for best practices. The turnaround time for the written documents is 14 business days from the consultation call.
REVISIONS
After you receive a draft, you may email us any questions or notes. We offer unlimited revisions for one week after delivery.
Terms & Policies
This package is non-refundable. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions to your resume, master resume, and LinkedIn profile materials for one week after you receive them.
If you miss a coaching session with less than 24 hours notice, or if you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your session, with or without notice, you will forfeit that session. If you choose to reschedule, you may purchase a session a la carte at the full service rate ($195).
If you elect to enroll in the payment plan and miss any payments - before or after the program is complete - a late payment fee of $15 per day will be assessed to your card on file or invoiced to you.
Our master resume service is designed for up to 3 role types. We will establish the role types on the consultation call. If you require a draft for more than 3 role types, you may be subject to additional fees at our sole discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you require support narrowing your job search targets, we offer alternative packages that include career coaching that may be a better fit.
Coaching is not counseling or therapy. We will be walking you through exercises and strategies to help you figure out what you want and how to get there. We are not certified therapists or licensed counselors.
Our prices are based on an hourly rate, using an estimate of the time we expect will be devoted to each service, but you will only pay the rates quoted above. LinkedIn profiles, bios, and cover letters are a form of resume preparation. However, you need not purchase the LinkedIn profile, bio, or cover letter services if you only desire a written resume. We are not an employment agency, nor do we offer job seeking or placement services.
