The Complete Executive Career Transformation Package is our most high-touch package for senior-level professionals. As the entertainment and media industries evolve, it’s increasingly common for leaders to consider new opportunities, pursue multiple avenues to career success, and navigate complex career transitions. You’ll need an ATS-optimized resume that you can adapt to different roles as you translate your extensive professional story to a range of audiences, a LinkedIn profile that establishes you as an accomplished leader, a bio to enhance your public-facing brand and position you for thought leadership opportunities, and a partner to help you set targets, maintain focus, and craft a compelling narrative for prospective employers and decision-makers.
We’ll work with you over the course of six career coaching sessions to identify your skills, interests, and achievements, set clear targets, develop a manageable networking strategy, craft your personal pitch for outreach and meetings, improve your interview skills, and maintain accountability and momentum throughout the job search process.
Based on your goals, we will create a traditional 2-page resume that’s ready to send to your primary targets, a LinkedIn profile that communicates your story in a way that will resonate with multiple audiences, and a professional bio in short and half-page lengths for a variety of use cases. We’ll also provide a master resume document that includes alternate text for summaries, experiences, and other sections, along with guided annotations so you know exactly what to swap for different roles. In an additional coaching session, we’ll walk you through how to adapt the master resume document to different roles so you can minimize the time you spend tailoring your resume for each application and feel empowered each time you apply with the knowledge that your resume is as strong as it can be for any role that catches your attention.

We will meet with you 1:1 on Zoom for six hour-long sessions to help you refine your job search strategy. We’ll provide exercises, tools, and other homework before each session to help you maintain accountability, improve your mindset, and meet your goals. We take a client-led approach to coaching, so we will adapt our techniques to meet your working style and focus on the things you really want to improve. Topics can include: identifying opportunities, setting targets, crafting your narrative and personal pitch, maintaining a manageable and accountable job search strategy, growing and nurturing your network, honing your interview skills, and assessing offers.
We will conduct a 2-hour phone consultation to learn about your work history and goals. Both Hollywood Resumes co-founders will write your resume in tandem, ensuring your story is as clear as possible to a range of readers. We will deliver a 2-page resume in Word and PDF formats. This resume will be tailored to your primary role targets or career path, and you can use it as a model to implement the suggested notes from the master resume document.
This service will be completed in tandem with the resume service, and both writers will prepare the document. We will deliver a Word document that includes each of your roles with descriptions of every responsibility, adapted for the different roles you’re targeting. The document will include helpful guidance for swapping, rephrasing, or reordering text so you can easily create a tailored version for different roles, helping you to break through ATS filters and stand out to hiring managers. After delivery, we’ll schedule an additional coaching session to go over how to use it effectively.
This service will be completed in tandem with the resume writing services, and both writers will prepare your profile document. We will deliver a Word document with copy for each section of your profile and suggestions for platform best practices.
This service will be completed in tandem with the resume and LinkedIn profile writing services, and both writers will write and edit your bios. We will deliver a multi-paragraph half-page bio and a paragraph-long bio in Word format.
SCHEDULING / COACHING
We’ll reach out to schedule your first coaching session and send a Zoom link for our first session. During or after the session, your coach will work with you to figure out the right timeline for the remaining sessions and the completion of the resume, master resume, LinkedIn profile, and professional bio writing services. Coaching sessions may be scheduled at a recurring time or on an ad hoc basis.
CONSULTATION
The consultation is a phone call that will be held separately from the coaching sessions. You'll send us a copy of your most recent resume and LinkedIn profile and several job postings for the master resume. We'll set a call (2 hours) to go over your work history and career goals in great detail.
WRITING
The resume writer from your call (your coach) will write the first draft of your resume, master resume, LinkedIn profile, and bios and send them to the other writer to review for clarity, bias, and errors. We’ll go back and forth internally before sending the materials to you.
DELIVERY
We will deliver your resume in an editable Word format and a ready-to-send PDF, your master resume in Word format with multiple sections for each experience entry and annotations in the comments, your LinkedIn profile in Word format, including content for each section that you can copy/paste into your profile and suggestions for best practices, and your bios in Word format. The turnaround time for this package is 12 business days from the consultation call.
Upon delivery of the documents, we will reach out to set a 1:1 Zoom session to go over the process for tailoring the master resume (separate from the other six coaching sessions).
REVISIONS
After you receive a draft, you may email us any questions or notes. We offer unlimited revisions for one week after delivery.
Terms & Policies
This package is non-refundable. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions to your materials for one week after you receive them.
If you miss a coaching session with less than 24 hours notice, or if you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your session, with or without notice, you will forfeit that session. If you choose to reschedule, you may purchase a session a la carte at the full service rate ($185).
If you elect to enroll in the payment plan and miss any payments - before or after the program is complete - a late payment fee of $15 per day will be assessed to your card on file or invoiced to you.
Our master resume service is designed for up to 3 role types. We will establish the role types during the consultation call. If you require a draft for more than 3 role types, you may be subject to additional fees at our sole discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Coaching is not counseling or therapy. We will be walking you through exercises and strategies to help you figure out what you want and how to get there. We are not certified therapists or licensed counselors.
Our prices are based on an hourly rate, using an estimate of the time we expect will be devoted to each service, but you will only pay the rates quoted above. LinkedIn profiles, bios, and cover letters are a form of resume preparation. However, you need not purchase the LinkedIn profile, bio, or cover letter services if you only desire a written resume. We are not an employment agency, nor do we offer job seeking or placement services.
