REVISIONS

Once we receive your resume and job posting link, our service is considered to have begun and will be non-refundable. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions to your materials for one week after you receive them.
Any delay in you sending us the required materials (resume, job posting) and/or responding to any of our follow up questions may result in a longer turnaround time.

Our prices are based on an hourly rate, using an estimate of the time we expect will be devoted to each service, but you will only pay the rates quoted above. LinkedIn profiles, bios, and cover letters are a form of resume preparation. However, you need not purchase the LinkedIn profile, bio, or cover letter services if you only desire a written resume. We are not an employment agency, nor do we offer job seeking or placement services.
