The Executive Job Search Strategy Package is designed for senior-level entertainment and media professionals who have a clear focus for their job search but need support telling their story in application materials, networking meetings, outreach emails, and job interviews. This service combines our executive resume, LinkedIn profile, and professional bio writing services with four career coaching sessions to help you navigate a competitive and changing job market. In the sessions, we’ll provide exercises and tools to help you implement an accountability-focused job search and networking strategy, improve your mindset so you can approach new opportunities with confidence, and develop a strong professional narrative that will help you pitch yourself as a leader in the field.

We will meet with you 1:1 on Zoom for 4 hour-long sessions to help you refine your job search strategy. We’ll provide exercises, tools, and other homework before each session to help you maintain accountability, improve your mindset, and meet your goals. We take a client-led approach to coaching, so we will adapt our techniques to meet your working style and focus on the things you really want to improve.
We will conduct a 2-hour phone consultation to learn about your work history and goals. Both Hollywood Resumes co-founders will write your resume in tandem, ensuring your story is as clear as possible to a range of readers. We will deliver a 2-page resume in Word and PDF formats.
This service will be completed in tandem with the resume writing service, and both writers will prepare your profile document. We will deliver a Word document with copy for each section of your profile and suggestions for platform best practices.
This service will be completed in tandem with the resume and LinkedIn profile writing services, and both writers will write and edit your bios. We will deliver a multi-paragraph half-page bio and a paragraph-long bio in Word format.
SCHEDULING / COACHING
We’ll reach out to schedule your first coaching session and send a Zoom link for our first session. During or after the session, your coach will work with you to figure out the right timeline for the remaining sessions and the completion of the resume, LinkedIn profile, and professional bio writing services. Coaching sessions may be scheduled at a recurring time or on an ad hoc basis.
CONSULTATION
The consultation is a phone call that will be held separately from the coaching sessions. You'll send us a copy of your most recent resume and/or LinkedIn profile for us to review in advance of the call. We'll set a call (2 hours) to go over your work history and career goals in great detail.
WRITING
The resume writer from your call (your coach) will write the first draft of your resume, LinkedIn profile, and bios and send them to the other writer to review for clarity, bias, and errors. We’ll go back and forth internally before sending the materials to you.
DELIVERY
We will deliver your resume in an editable Word format and a ready-to-send PDF, your LinkedIn profile in Word format, including content for each section that you can copy/paste into your profile and suggestions for best practices, and your bios in Word format. The turnaround time for the written documents is 10 business days from the consultation call.
REVISIONS
After you receive a draft, you may email us any questions or notes. We offer unlimited revisions for one week after delivery.
Terms & Policies
This package is non-refundable. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions to your materials for one week after you receive them.
If you miss a coaching session with less than 24 hours notice, or if you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your session, with or without notice, you will forfeit that session. If you choose to reschedule, you may purchase a session a la carte at the full service rate ($185).
If you elect to enroll in the payment plan and miss any payments - before or after the program is complete - a late payment fee of $15 per day will be assessed to your card on file or invoiced to you.
Coaching is not counseling or therapy. We will be walking you through exercises and strategies to help you figure out what you want and how to get there. We are not certified therapists or licensed counselors.
Our prices are based on an hourly rate, using an estimate of the time we expect will be devoted to each service, but you will only pay the rates quoted above. LinkedIn profiles, bios, and cover letters are a form of resume preparation. However, you need not purchase the LinkedIn profile, bio, or cover letter services if you only desire a written resume. We are not an employment agency, nor do we offer job seeking or placement services.
