If you're targeting multiple role types or career paths, you'll need position yourself differently for each role to communicate you're the right person for the job. You may want to be selective in the experiences you highlight, utilize different keywords that align more strongly with the role, or reframe your background to tell a clearer story. Instead of reinventing the wheel each time you apply, you can save time and effort by pulling content from a master resume that includes your full work history.
This service is an add-on to our standard or executive resume writing services. Alongside your main resume, we'll create an additional document that includes each of your past roles with alternate descriptions of every responsibility, adapted for the different roles you’re targeting. The document will include helpful annotations with guidance for swapping, rephrasing, and reordering text so you can tailor your resume for different roles, break through ATS filters, and stand out to human hiring managers.
CONSULTATION
When you order a standard or executive resume and add on a master resume, we'll extend your resume consultation call to ensure we have enough information to tailor your master resume for multiple role types. You'll send us a copy of your most recent resume and/or LinkedIn profile and job postings or a description of how you plan to use the materials, for up to three role types. We'll set a call (1.5-2 hours) to go over your work history and career goals in great detail.
WRITING
The resume writer from your call will write the first draft of your master resume and send it to the other writer to review for clarity, bias, and errors. We’ll go back and forth internally before sending the materials to you.
DELIVERY
We will deliver your master resume in Word format with multiple sections for each experience entry and annotations in the comments. The master resume will be delivered along with your standard or executive resume, and the master resume add-on will increase the turnaround time to 14 business days.
REVISIONS
After you receive a draft, you may email us any questions or notes. We offer unlimited revisions for one week after delivery.

This service is non-refundable. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions to your materials for one week after you receive them.
Our master resume service is available as an add-on service only, and it MUST be purchased alongside a standard or executive resume, or as part of a pre-existing packages. If you order the master resume on its own, we will require you to complete a separate order for a standard or executive resume, depending on your level of experience, or your purchase will be refunded. Our master resume service is designed for up to 3 role types. We will establish the role types on the consultation call. If you require a draft for more than 3 role types, you may be subject to additional fees at our sole discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you require support narrowing your job search targets, we offer alternative packages that include career coaching that may be a better fit.

Our prices are based on an hourly rate, using an estimate of the time we expect will be devoted to each service, but you will only pay the rates quoted above. LinkedIn profiles, bios, and cover letters are a form of resume preparation. However, you need not purchase the LinkedIn profile, bio, or cover letter services if you only desire a written resume. We are not an employment agency, nor do we offer job seeking or placement services.
