Our Premium Professional Branding Package is our flagship job application material preparation package designed for job seekers who understand what it takes to stand out in a competitive media job market. It’s more important than ever to tailor your resume for each job posting and to have a strong LinkedIn profile that communicates your professional value and boosts your visibility. 

This service is ideal for candidates with approximately 3-10 years of experience who are actively applying for a high volume of roles, pursuing multiple career paths, seeking opportunities within a variety of media formats or creative industries, transitioning from freelance to in-house roles, or searching for roles outside of traditional film and TV. 

This highly customized package includes a one-page resume that’s ready to submit to your primary role targets. In addition, we’ll provide a master resume document that includes your entire work history with alternate text you can swap in or out as needed to match a job posting’s verbiage and optimize keywords for ATS. With the helpful annotations in the document and a 1:1 coaching session, you’ll be able to save time and maximize impact as you tailor your resume for different roles. We’ll also write a LinkedIn profile where we’ll communicate your professional narrative to resonate with your intended audience of hiring managers, colleagues, and partners and boost your visibility in search results. This full suite of professional branding materials will help you navigate the competitive job market with complete confidence.

Package Details

Standard Resume

We will conduct a 1-2 hour phone consultation to learn about your work history and goals and deliver a 1-page resume in Word and PDF formats. This resume will be tailored to your primary role targets or career path, and you can use it as a model to implement the suggested notes from the master resume document. Both Hollywood Resumes co-founders will write your resume in tandem, ensuring your story is as clear as possible to a range of readers.

Master Resume

This service will be completed in tandem with the standard resume and LinkedIn profile writing services. We will deliver a Word document that includes each of your roles with descriptions of every responsibility, adapted for the different roles you’re targeting. The document will also include helpful guidance for swapping, rephrasing, or reordering text so you can easily create a tailored version for different roles, helping you to break through ATS filters and stand out to human hiring managers. After we deliver the document, we’ll schedule a coaching session to go over how to use it most effectively.

LinkedIn Profile

This service will be completed in tandem with the resume writing service, and both writers will prepare your profile document. We will deliver a Word document with copy for each section of your profile and suggestions for platform best practices.

Our Process

CONSULTATION
You'll send us a copy of your most recent resume and/or LinkedIn profile and a job posting or description of how you plan to use the materials. We'll set a call (up to 2 hours) to go over your work history and career goals in great detail.

WRITING
The resume writer from your call will write the first draft of your resume, master resume, and LinkedIn profile and send them to the other writer to review for clarity, bias, and errors. We’ll go back and forth internally before sending the materials to you.

DELIVERY
We will deliver your resume in an editable Word format and a ready-to-send PDF, your master resume in Word format with multiple sections for each experience entry and annotations in the comments, and your LinkedIn profile in Word format, including content for each section that you can copy/paste in your profile and suggestions for best practices. The turnaround time for this package is 10 business days from the consultation call. Upon delivery of the documents, we will reach out to set a 1:1 Zoom session to go over the process for tailoring the master resume.

REVISIONS
After you receive a draft, you may email us any questions or notes. We offer unlimited revisions for one week after delivery.

Our master resume service is designed for up to 3 role types. We will establish the role types on the consultation call. If you require a draft for more than 3 role types, you may be subject to additional fees at our sole discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you require support narrowing your job search targets, we offer alternative packages that include career coaching that may be a better fit.

Our prices are based on an hourly rate, using an estimate of the time we expect will be devoted to each service, but you will only pay the rates quoted above. LinkedIn profiles, bios, and cover letters are a form of resume preparation. However, you need not purchase the LinkedIn profile, bio, or cover letter services if you only desire a written resume. We are not an employment agency, nor do we offer job seeking or placement services.
