Professional bio in two lengths for a variety of use cases
Our standalone professional bio writing service is designed for mid and senior-level executives, writers, directors, producers, and other freelancers who need a summary of their career story for use in fellowship, pipeline program, and graduate school applications, pitch decks, press kits, professional websites, or speaking engagements. We provide a short and long version of your bio that can be adapted for multiple use cases. We work closely with you to understand your professional brand and intended audience(s) for the bio and tailor the document to resonate with the reader.
CONSULTATION
You'll send us a copy of your most recent resume and/or LinkedIn profile and a description of how you plan to use the bio. We'll set a call (30 minutes) to go over your work history and goals in great detail.
WRITING
The writer from your call will write the first draft of your bio and send it to the other writer to review for clarity, bias, and errors. We’ll go back and forth internally before sending the materials to you.
DELIVERY
We will deliver a Word document with half-page and paragraph long versions of your bio. The turnaround time for this service is 5 business days from the consultation call.
REVISIONS
After you receive a draft, you may email us any questions or notes. We offer unlimited revisions for one week after delivery.

This service is non-refundable. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions to your materials for one week after you receive them.

Our prices are based on an hourly rate, using an estimate of the time we expect will be devoted to each service, but you will only pay the rates quoted above. LinkedIn profiles, bios, and cover letters are a form of resume preparation. However, you need not purchase the LinkedIn profile, bio, or cover letter services if you only desire a written resume. We are not an employment agency, nor do we offer job seeking or placement services.
