Our services are broken down by level. Our entry-level services are designed for college students and recent grads with less than 3 years of professional experience in any industry. Our standard services are designed for professionals with 3+ years of experience who are seeking entry or mid-level roles. Our executive services are designed for professionals seeking senior leadership roles (typically VP or Co-EP or above) or who have extensive experience that would require a longer resume (approximately 15+ years). We work with job seekers who are pursuing multiple role types, especially when making a career transition. Our master resume service is designed specifically with this kind of job search in mind. With that service (which must be combined with our standard or executive resume service), we create a document with your full career history, adapted from your polished resume with additional text, alternate bullets, and helpful annotations so you can tailor your resume for up to 3 role types and specific use cases. The master resume is designed to drastically reduce the time you spend tailoring applications to match job posting keywords and get through ATS filters. However, even when you’re targeting multiple roles, we advise that you don’t cast too wide of a net, and through our career transformation packages for mid-level and executive professionals, we can coach you to develop a strategic approach before preparing your documents.
